1 (4-serving) package Jello sugar-free orange gelatin

1 cup boiling water

3/4 cup cold water

1/4 cup Splenda

1 cup (1 11-ounce can) mandarin oranges, rinsed and drained

2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, finely chopped

In a large bowl, combine dry gelatin and boiling water. Stir well to dissolve gelatin. Stir in cold water and Splenda.

Add mandarin oranges and cranberries. Mix gently to combine.

Pour mixture into an 8- by 8-inch dish. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.

Cut into 6 servings.
