1/3 cup white vinegar
4 TB Agave (you can use Splenda or Brown Sugar Twin but I think the Agave gives a better flavor and texture)
1 TB Tomato Paste
1 tsp soy sauce
2 teaspoons arrowroot


Mix the vinegar, agave, tomato paste, and soy sauce together and bring to a boil in a small pot.

Mix together the arowroot with 4 Tsps of water; add to the other ingredients and stir to thicken.

(This makes an excellent dipping sauce for grilled chicken)
