2 cans red kidney beans in chili sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes and green chiles
1/2 can water
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
dash of red pepper (for those who like it hot!)

Put all ingredients in pot and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar, and/or minced onion. Makes 4 servings.
