1 medium head cauliflower, steamed and drained
2/3 Cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup crushed garlic triscuits
1/4 Cup melted butter

Place Cauliflower in casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

Spread sour cream over florets. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top.

Bake uncovered 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until browned.
