1/2 cup Splenda
1/4 cup Brown Sugar Twin
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp All-Spice
1 Tbsp grated orange peel
Mix together.

3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup Orange Juice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Mix together and stir into the dry ingredients.
Stir in:
2 cups pumpkin puree

Pour the mixture into a prepared whole wheat pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

I like to serve this with SF Whipped Cream with a dusting of cinnamon.
