1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drain, chop
4 pieces bacon, crisp fry & crumble
1 Tblsp. minced onion
1 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tblsp. sour cream
Dash of cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste

In bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Cover & chill for several hours or overnight.

Serve with assorted wholegrain crackers.

Garnish with additional crumbled bacon if desired.
