2 cloves garlic, smashed
Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dill

In a food processor combine all the ingredients until well blended.

Chill for 24 hours to blend flavors.

Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving

This spread is excellent on wholegrain crackers or for dipping fresh vegetables.
