Full Version: Holiday Cranberry Dip

1 bag fresh cranberries
3/4 cup splenda
1 cup All- Fruit apricot preserves
1 cup chopped pecans

Put cranberries in baking pan with Splenda. Stir to coat.

Bake at 350 covered until cooked down into a liquid (20 minutes or so)
Remove from oven.

Stir in 1 cup of chopped pecans and 1 cup apricot preserves

Refrigerate overnight

To serve, pour cranberries over a brick of cream cheese.

Serve with Triscuits.
Yummy! We have a Christmas gathering to attend Sunday evening and I need to take an're posting such wonderful ones that I'm having a hard time deciding what to take!!! laugh.gif
