A few years back, I got this from topsecretrecipes.com as a copycat of Papa John's Pizza Sauce. I then modified it for SB. To my wife and I, it taste better than the real thing.
Maybe I should let Papa John know what he can do to make his better. Pizza Sauce (like Papa John's but better)
Amt Measure Ingredient

12 ounces tomato paste
1 3/4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons onion -- minced
3 packets equal® sweetener (I use wal-mart Equate brand)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until desired thickness.
