RANCH CHICKEN
8 chicken breasts - I used boneless
1cup sour cream
1cup mayonnaise - I used duke's
l packet hidden valley ranch mix- dry powder
l large can mushroom stems and pieces - or fresh
l cup shredded cheddar cheese
Place the chicken in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle mushrooms over the chicken.
Mix the sour cream, mayo, and ranch powder and spread over the chicken.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
This was real good. I fixed it for lunch Sunday along with the faux potato salad and
black eyed-peas and corn for the kids.
I got this off of another Sugarbuster forum.
Another thing you can add is asparagus before sprinkling the cheese on top.
Hope you try it and enjoy.

Sounds yummy!!! I'll have to try this one! I am trying to find as many ways as possible to disguise chicken..."Not again?!" Hmmm....
Glad you're back, Crystal! Also glad to see someone else can get Duke's mayo! I used to love Kraft, but now that we've been using Duke's for years, I can't seem to go back!

jokeje, I've tried other mayo, but nothing tastes as good as DUKE's mayo.
Do try it, it was good. I had several pieces left over and took for lunch past two
days to work and it was just as good heated up.
