1 can garbanzo beans , drained
4 green onions , sliced
1 red onion, chopped
2 tomatoes , chopped
romaine or other dark green lettuce

Combine garbanzos, onions and pepper in bowl. Pour on the dressing (see recipe below), stir, cover & refrigerate 20 minutes.

Add tomatoes and torn lettuce; mix well.

1 teaspoon oregano , dried leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients in jar; shake well.
