Splenda has issued a counter lawsuit concerning being sued by the sugar industry. I saw a big thing on it last night on the local news. Apparently the sugar industry is heaping mad about splenda and the 4-5% sales they are losing because of it. BUT the other artifical sweetner companies aren't too happy about them either, because they are taking away money from them too.
