2 cans Northern Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 can chopped green chiles
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp minced garlic
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup sour cream

Combine beans, onions, chiles, chicken broth, 1/2 tsp cumin & minced garlic in a Crock Pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Stir in Olive Oil, cilantro and remaining cumin.
Ladel into bowls and top with a dollap of Sour Cream.
