1 head Bok Choy
10 radishes, thinly sliced
8 sprigs of chive, diced
4 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 small apple
1 small carrot, julienned

Prepare Bok Choy by tearing leaves into large shreds and dicing.

In a large salad bowl combine all ingredients. Toss well.

Peel apple and remove core. Dice.

Top salad with apple and carrot and serve cold with favorite dressing.
