1 med head iceberg lettuce chopped
1 head curly endive, chopped
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 c ripe olives, sliced
1/4 c sliced green onion
2/3 c olive oil
1/3 c white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 c feta cheese, cubed
1 (3 oz) can anchovy fillets, drained

Toss greens in large bowl, or arrange on individual plates.

Arrange tomato, olives and onion atop greens.

Combine rest of ingredients (except cheese and anchovies) in jar & shake well. Pour over salad.

Top with feta cheese cubes and anchovies
