1 lb Plum tomatoes, sliced
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup chopped onion
3 T. chopped fresh chives
1 Tbsp Splenda
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Pepper
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, minced


Place tomato slices in shallow dish.

In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over tomatoes

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
