Salmon Ball
1 cup canned salmon
4 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon chopped dill
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 tablespoon juice from can of salmon
? teaspoon white horseradish
? teaspoon onion salt
? teaspoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Remove skin and bones from salmon meat. Blend all ingredients except nuts and parsley. Shape into a ball. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for several hours. Remove from foil and roll ball in nuts and parsley.
