Baked Fish with Sour Cream

2 pounds fish fillets
1 ? teaspoon seasoned salt
? teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon celery seed

Preheat oven to 325.
Wash fillets, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place fillets in an oiled baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over fillets. Cover baking dish, or use aluminum foil and seal edges. Bake 30 minutes.
