Bakes tomatoes and cheese

5 large, firm tomatoes.
? cup grated parmesan cheese
? teaspoon oregano
pinch of salt and pepper
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
2 small onions, grated
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 tablespoons olive oil.

Preheat oven 350
Wash and peal, and slice tomatoes in ? inch slices. Mix cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley. Brown onion in butter, add spices, stirring well, and spread on tomato slices. Sprinkle with wheat germ and oil. Place slices carefully on greased cookie sheet, or shallow rectangular pan. Bake about 4 or 5 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
