Fried Mozzarella Cheese

? pound Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs beaten
? teaspoon salt
1 cup high protein bread crumbs
olive oil for frying.

Cut Mozzarella into 4 inch squares. Dip cheese squares in eggs and salt, then in bread crumbs, then back in eggs and bread crumbs again. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry cheese cubes until golden brown. Serve immediately
