Elizabeth Taylor's Spicy Chicken
2 t curry powder
1 t ground cumin
1/2 t ground ginger
1/2 t ground tumeric
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 small onion, chopped
1 t grated fresh ginger root
1 med. (3lb.) chicken skinned and cut into serving pieces

Combine first seven ingredients. Coat chicken with the mixture and refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours. Grill or broil 30 min. or until done, turning once. 4-6 servings
