One 3 oz. pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello
One cup boiling water
One 10 oz. pkg. frozen unsweetened strawberries
8 oz. plain yogurt
2-3 tbs. Splenda (depending on how sweet you want it)

In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add the strawberries and stir until the strawberries thaw. Chill for 30 minutes or until thickened.

Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until frothy.

Stir the Splenda into yogurt and then fold yogurt into frothy mixture.

Pour into individual desert dishes and chill until firm.

I like to garnish with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of mint. These are so cute and very yummy!
