I have used the WW Tortilla recipe for pizza and they are great!
Here is the key, I like very crispy crust.
I put the tortilla in the oven on full temp for a few minutes to get it crisp. Then remove it and put a few splashes of evoo (extra virgin olive oil) on the "crust".
Now the key to crisp is the order of the ingredients.
First put your cheese, then other topping, (I like bacon and some slightly cook bell peppers and onions) then a few tbsp of LG pizza sauce, in a few places on the top, so you get a taste in each bite. Return it to the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

Sauce recipe
2 tbsp of evoo
1 tbsp of diced onions
1-2 tsp chopped garlic
8 oz can of NS tomatoe sauce
1 tbsp of dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
Slightly cook the onion and garlic in the evoo, add the rest of the ingredients and cook until it gets a thick as you like.
