Red Wine Beef Drip
3 lb. boneless beef roast, trimmed
1 T garlic powder or 3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t rosemary
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 c red wine
water to cover

Combine beef with other ingredients. Simmer 8 or more hours in stock pot until tender. Remove meat and shred. Reserve juice for dipping. Serve on buns with provolone cheese.
