I used to mix corn flakes or bread crumbs in the meat loaf. Any receipe out there that uses legal ingredients? Thanks in advance.

I don't know what anyone else does but I just replace the breadcrumbs with whole wheat bread crumbs I buy at my local healthfood store. No one in my family has ever even noticed.

Or you could use oats ... I like to soak them in a little milk then mix them into the meat ... makes a nice moist meatloaf.
