Mushrooms Florentine
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb. small fresh mushrooms
1 t salt
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 c melted butter plus additional for sauteing
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Garlic salt to taste

Remove mushroom stems. Saute caps. Combine spinach salt onion and butter. Line a casserole dish with the spinach mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese. Arrange mushrooms on top. Season with garlic salt and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. (4-6 servings)
