16 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/3 cup V-8? vegetable juice
1/4 cup tomato pur?e
1 green pepper -- finely minced
1/2 cup onion -- finely minced
1/3 cup celery -- finely minced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
salt and pepper -- to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.

Add horseradish, lemon juice, Tabasco Sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Chill.
