Marinated Crab Salad
1 lb fresh or pasteurized
1/2 onion chopped
4 oz. vegetable or canola oil
3 oz. cider vinegar
4 oz. ice water
salt and pepper to taste

Place onion and crab in a bowl. Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, water, salt and pepper. Gently stir into crab mixture. Chill 2-8 hours. Serves 3-4

I serve it over greens with tomato and avocado slices.

Costco has a 1 lb. can of pateurized crab from Phillips Crabhouse for around $14 that has no shell and tastes fresh.
