1 whole chicken or 4 large chicken breasts halves, cooked
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 cup chicken broth
8 large or 12 regular whole wheat tortillas, Cut into large quarters or squares
Chili powder
Garlic Salt


Combine first seven tortillas. Layer as follows in a 9x13 pan: 1/2 chicken mixture, 1/2 tortillas, 1/2 chicken mixture, 1/2 tortillas, cheese. Sprinkle with chili powder and garlic salt. Bake at 350 for 40 min or until browned and bubbly. 8 servings

I like to saute the onion and green pepper first.
