I want a sf smoothie recipe, or at least a legal one. I want to eat smoothies for an afternoon snack but I cant really find one that doesnt contain a banana. Please help! Oh and I'm asking you bc like 80% of the recipe's were posted by you!

LaLa ... do a search for smoothie on the Other Recipes Forum. I have posted several in the past and you should be able to find them there. If not I'll dig out a few for you and post them.
