2 cups frozen tart cherries
1 (12.3-ounce) package light silken tofu, cut up
3/4 cup unsweetened cherry juice
2 tablespoons sweetener (I like Agave in this one)

In a blender container, combine 2 cups cherries, tofu, cherry juice and sweetener. Cover; blend until smooth.

Makes 3 (1-cup) servings.
