• 1 med. head iceberg lettuce
• 2 oz. blue cheese crumbles
• 2 T mayonnaise
• 2 T finely sliced green onion
• 2 T pimento, chopped
• 1/4 t pepper
• 1/3 t Worcestershire
• dash tabasco
Hollow out heart of lettuce, leaving 1" shell.
Beat cheese and mayo together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Fill lettuce shell, wrap well and chill 1-2 hrs or until cheese is firm. Cut in crosswise slices about 3/4" thick.
