A great use for that abundance of zucchini we get this time of year.
1 small zucchini, coarsly chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp buttermilk
1 tbsp snipped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and process until the mixture is almost smooth.
Cover and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
