1 Large avocado diced
1/2 a red onion chopped finely.
2 tomatoes chopped finely.
a few strands of cilantro (to taste) chopped.
the juice of two limes
and salt to taste.
1 serrano chili finely chopped(optional)

This taste great with fish and steak. My kids eat it with chips and my husband likes it with whole wheat crackers for a snack.

Good with soft tacos too!
