Asian Cucumber Salad
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced

Combine:
1/3 c rice vinegar
1 tsp Splenda
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
2 T chopped cilantro (I like to use more)

Pour over cucumbers and chill.
