1 cup No Sugar added Mayo - (blueplate carries a no sugar added mayo)
1 can cream of celery soup
2 eggs beaten
2 10oz pckgs of frozen broccoli
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup mushrooms chopped
1 cup shredded cheese (any flavor u like)
20 triscuits crushed.

Cook broccli according to package. Drain. Mix the mayo, soup, eggs, broccoli, onion, & mushrooms together. Spray backing dish with non-stick cooking spray and add mixture. Layer with cheese, then layer on the crushed triscuits. Bake at 325 for 45 mints.

Sometimes if I don't have enough broccoli, I will add in cauliflower. It still tastes just as good.
