4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cups chunky salsa (home made listed below)
1 can black beans, drained

Layer in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken and serve on whole wheat tortillas.

Home Made Chunky Salsa
Chop fine:
1 each red, yellow, green, orange peppers
1 small onion
1/4 cup cilantro
3 roma tomatoes
Kermie, this sounds good. Is the cilantro fresh or dried????

Sorry I haven't resoponded yet--it is fresh cilantro. This meal is so scrumptious--I fed it to a whole bunch of jr. highers this past summer and they gobbled it up!!
