Just wonding if anyone has any thoughts on this stuff. It says it is made with 100% whole grain popcorn. Under the nutritional facts it states "Not a significant source of sugars." Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If it is popcorn no matter how it is spun, it is popcorn!
I guess they are referring to the kernel as "whole grain". All popcorn is "whole grain" prior to being popped! But, this is inventive labeling at best!
SB's states corn "in all it's forms" is not legal, with the exception of corn oil.
As far as the disclaimer of sugar, while popcorn is not a significant source of sugar, it converts in the body very quickly, and causes an insulin response.
So, I would say no, it is not legal. But as always I am open to other opinions.
Hope this helps,
Take care,
Ed
