tongue.gif Baked Corned Beef Omelette
(4 servings)

8 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 3-ounce package thinly sliced corned beef
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 tablespoon green onion - thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Beat eggs, cream and seasoned salt together.

Tear corned beef into small pieces and add to egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion.

Pour into greased baking dish (8x8x2 inches works great).

Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until omelette is set and top is golden brown.
