Feta Eggs
(1 serving)

2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp water
4 Tbsp Feta chesse
1/4 cup thawed chopped spinach

Beat eggs with water. Pour into hot oiled pan.

Add crumbled feta and thawed chopped spinach.

Fold omelette and heat through.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper
