1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 whole chicken -- disjointed
1/4 cup canola oil
1 onion -- chopped
1 green pepper -- sliced
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 can tomato sauce -- (8 oz.)
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup currants
Toasted slivered almonds

Flour and salt chicken. Place in a large skillet and brown in canola oil;
remove from skillet.

Add onion, green pepper and garlic to the skillet; cook 3 minutes.

Blend in tomato sauce, water, seasonings and currants.

Mix well. Return chicken to skillet.

Cover, simmer for 30 minutes until done.
Sprinkle with Toasted Almonds.
