Microwave 6 frozen strawberries for 1 minute.
Mash with a fork, then add Splenda to desired sweetness (if needed).
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with ice cream.
Yum!

oH YUM! You could use raspberries or blackberries ... just about any low GI fruit!

You're so right, Molly! My husband also said that this could be a good topping for ww pancakes or waffles, although I would use the sauce warm for that!
