I thought that with the Easter Holidays coming up it might be fun to share our menus. What will you make that is SB friendly? Will your menu be a mix of traditional foods and SB legal dishes? Or will you just eat with "wild abandon" for one day?

Here's what I am thinking:
Ham (rubbed with mustard prior to baking)
Steamed Asparagus
Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce
Raw Veggies & Dip
Deviled Eggs
Strawberry Pie

Molly, that sounds sooooo good! I think that we're going to do a mixture of SB-friendly and traditional foods. Our tentative menu is as follows:

barbecued brisket with a legal rub

green beans

potato casserole (yes, the white kind!)

fresh fruit

strawberry cake (very illegal!! )

Of course, we'll eat gobs of boiled eggs that day, as well!
