I never have any left ... so we named it disappearing casserole.
2 dozen eggs, large
1 package brown and serve sausage links
1 green pepper
1 package cream cheese (8 ounces)
¼ cup cream
1 tablespoon cream
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Brown sausage, cut into small pieces and place in large mixing bowl.
Dice green pepper, drain mushrooms and add sausage.
Mix 2 dozen eggs with ¼ cup cream in small mixing bowl. Scramble egg mixture over medium heat and salt to taste. Add eggs to sausage mixture.
In a small bowl, place cream cheese and 1 tablespoon cream. Mix thoroughly until creamy. Add to sausage and egg mixture.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread into greased 9 x 13" pan.
Sprinkle with paprika to taste.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
