Lemon Thyme Grilled Chicken
Serves 4

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. olive oil

Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix well. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1-3 hours.

Grease and preheat grill.

Grill the chicken breasts for 5-8 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

Looks good - gonna try it this week.
