Radish Salad
12 radishes, thinly sliced
1 T. salt
1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper
2 T fresh lime juice
1 T orange juice
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
2 T chopped cilantro
Combine radishes w/salt and cover w/water in a bowl.
Let sit 15 min. Drain & rinse. Meanwhile, stir together pepper & fruit juices.
Toss radishes w/ dressing & chilies. Taste.
Add more salt, pepper or lime juice as needed. Garnish w/herb, and serve.
