1 cup Ham, cubed
1 Sweet Potato, peeled and diced
1/2 Apple, cut into large chunks
salt & pepper to taste

Place all the ingredients in the center of a large piece of foil. Seal tightly.

Cook on hot coals for approx. 30-45 minutes turning every 15 min.

(The apple gives this just enough moisture and a little sweetness.
