2 ? cups whole wheat flour
2 ? cups buttermilk
1 Tbsp. sweetener
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

In medium-size mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients.

In small bowl, mix liquid ingredients. Fold liquid into dry, stirring just enough to blend.

Spoon into well-greased muffin tins.

Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 15 ? 20 minutes.
