This is my new favorite chicken breast recipe. It comes out very tender and
moist from the George Foreman Grill.
one 4-ounce chicken breast per person
For each breast, process in the food processor:
1/4 cup Triscuit crumbs (you can use ww bread crumbs if preferred)
1 medium clove garlic
1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese (I also like Peccorino Romano)
a pinch of Italian Seasonings
Preheat grill, no greasing needed
Coat each chicken breast with melted butter or olive oil
Dip each chicken into the crumb coating.
Grill in the GFG. Takes about five minutes and smells great
while cooking!
