1 pound ground turkey
1 tbsp of whole grain breadcrumbs
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of parsley finely chopped
2 tbsp of lemon zest
1 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
the juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Roll the meat mixture into 4 medium-sized balls, a little smaller than a tennis ball. Place them on a baking tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Flatten the meat balls with your hand into patties.

Squeeze a lemon on the burgers and place them in a 300 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
Serve on Whole grain buns.
